In the two gardens ...

The Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire - Porthcawl Town Twinning Association aims at implementing and supporting cultural projects, sports, and education... as well as regular contacts between families of the two towns. The Association attaches particular importance in promoting exchanges, friendship and mutual understanding between the two communities.

As the seasons pass...

The two Twinning Associations have decided to  visit each other every alternate year. These exchanges will allow the participants to live with a family of the other nationality. There is a shared willingness to promote family contacts in order to be more familiar with each other's way of life, but also for our children to be the main beneficiaries  of this twinning. They will be the heirs  to this union, to a wider European society that we will hand down.
